Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting additional services or products to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure a positive interaction with customers
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to speak Spanish fluently (Bilingual preferred)
- Proficient in data entry and CRM software
- Familiarity with sales techniques and upselling strategies
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00-$23.93 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
