We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic front of house members to join our team! As a FOH team member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and order accuracy.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tables receive prompt attention.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to serving and hospitality.
