Sodexo Canada has the position you are looking for. Our Education division is seeking Customer Service focused General Help who are energetic and dynamic.

Accountabilities:

As a member of our team, you will provide the highest quality of customer service at all times, while maintaining the operation of all register transactions,including:

  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills, and willing to go beyond the basics
  • Ability to work under supervision and comply with all health and safety standards
  • Personal and professional integrity, appearance, and demeanor
  • Prepares, serves,deliveries & picks up meals as per service style of the facility
  • Pot-washing & dish room duty
  • Ensures that all left over food products are stored properly, according to Sodexo standards
  • Assistance in production of food under the direction of the cook
  • Cashier duties
  • Putting away of supplies and restocking of supplies within the kitchen and the facility
  • Cleaning of equipment
  • Passes on any customer concerns to supervisor immediately

Growth and Development:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years related experience
  • Experience in food services an asset
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Adherence to company specifications
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must have a great attitude and must be a great team player
