Responsibilities:
- Manage financial transactions and records for the organization
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Perform balance sheet reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of accounts
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support
- Prepare regulatory reports in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Utilize accounting software, such as Condo Manager, to record and track financial data
Experience:
-Condo Manager Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of accounting principles
- Must have previous experience in Strata Accounting working for a Property Management Company
- Proficient in financial report writing and analysis
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and variances in financial data
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements
- Familiarity with accounting software, such as Condo Manager, or similar platforms
