Our Technology team provides innovative strategies tailored to enhance performance and increase profitability.
- Strong English Language and Communication Skills. Interface with clients and project teams to identify and explore needs through interviews and presentations.
- Work closely and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to explain designs and demonstrate solutions.
- Understand, diagnose, and recommend solutions for specific functional and technical challenges.
- Help select and execute approaches to delivery including waterfall and agile.
- Support project planning, management, and status reporting
- Take responsibility for the success of the overall solution.
- Understand, evolve, and augment team best practices.
- Develop a thorough understanding of MyKey’s products and internal development tools.
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes.
- Requirements engineering.
- Costs benefit analysis.
- Processes modelling.
- Understanding of networks, databases, and other technology.
- Combination of academic achievement, experience (3-5 years as a BA), attitude and potential.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business.
- Experience and a demonstrated understanding of software development from requirements through to technical implementation and testing. SDLC.
- Strong understanding of the full implementation lifecycle including requirements, architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Knowledge of cloud solutions and concepts would be a definite asset.
