Summary: Brant Valley is looking for a short order cook to join our team.

Primary Responsibilities:
Daily food preparation
Cooking, grilling and deep frying food for clubhouse menu
Quality Control
Customer Support including taking payments and serving

Qualifications:
High School education or equivalent
One year of experience in short order cook role
Ability to work unsupervised and in a busy environment
Flexibility for shift work. Must be available to fill any and all shifts. Club is open 7

days a week – the kitchen staff must be able to fill shifts that begin at 9 a.m. and
end at close (between 8 and 9:30 p.m.).
