Build Your Own Practice Within an Established Primary Care Clinic
Qualitas Care Clinic is seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner to establish and grow an independent primary care practice within our modern multidisciplinary clinic in Edmonton.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner who wishes to practice autonomously while benefiting from the infrastructure, patient demand, and administrative support of an established clinic serving approximately 5,000 active patients.

The Opportunity
The successful candidate will practice independently and be responsible for providing comprehensive primary care services, including:
- Preventive care and health promotion
- Chronic disease management
- Acute care assessments
- Women’s health services
- Adult and pediatric primary care
- Patient education and counseling
- Care coordination and referrals
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse Practitioner in good standing with CRNA
- Eligibility to participate in Alberta primary care programs
- Experience in primary care or family practice preferred
- Strong communication and patient relationship skills
- Commitment to evidence-based care and patient-centered practice
Compensation Structure
This opportunity is structured as an independent practice arrangement within the clinic. Compensation and clinic overhead arrangements will be discussed with qualified candidates.
