Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks equipped for long-haul and local deliveries, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and other critical systems to guarantee roadworthiness
- Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle logs to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse teams, and clients to coordinate schedules and resolve any delivery issues promptly
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to keep trucks in optimal condition
Experience
- Valid AZ commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Proven experience in commercial trucking, freight transportation, or related logistics roles
- Hands-on experience operating forklifts and other heavy machinery in a warehouse or transportation setting
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and freight handling
- Familiarity with automotive repair basics to troubleshoot common truck issues effectively
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments consistently

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
