Licensed Automotive Technician (310S) – Watford Ford Lincoln

We are looking for a Licensed 310S Automotive Technician to join our busy Ford and Lincoln dealership. If you're a motivated technician who takes pride in quality work and wants consistent hours, modern equipment, and a supportive shop environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair vehicles using manufacturer procedures and diagnostic equipment
- Perform maintenance and mechanical repairs including brakes, suspension, drivability, and engine work
- Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
- Work with Service Advisors to communicate vehicle concerns and recommended repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We’re Looking For
- Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician License (Ontario)
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Dealership or Ford experience considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
