Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development & Sales Representative to act as the primary engine of our growth. This is a 100% remote role focused on connecting our creative capabilities with brands that want to stand out. You won't just be managing a pipeline, you will be on the front lines identifying new opportunities, promoting our professional studio space, and closing deals that move the needle for our company.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and engage new business opportunities through professional outreach, cold calling, and active networking.
- Solution Consulting: Conduct discovery sessions to understand client goals and map them to our production packages, studio rentals, or equipment kits.
- Pipeline Management: Rigorously maintain our sales funnel within HubSpot to ensure professional follow-up and data integrity.
- Closing & Execution: Lead negotiations through to the final contract signature. At CC Productions BC, success is recognized on the date the contract is signed.
- Collaborative Growth: Work directly with our Owner to ensure sales strategies align with our production capacity.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base + Unlimited Upside: We offer a base hourly wage supplemented by a tiered commission structure, rewarding high performance and consistent growth.
- Transparent Payouts: Commissions are calculated on the total quoted contract amount and paid out semi-monthly alongside your base salary.
