Job Purpose:

The Mobile Administrator will ensure continuous facility administration support and will promote the alignment of business processes with the vision, mission, and values of Secure. The person in this role is responsible for supporting the Assistant Manager, Facility Administration in all aspects of running a successful facility, such as providing knowledgeable and courteous customer service and conducting general office administration duties.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Travel to field locations as required
  • Demonstrating ownership of group vision and culture
  • Providing knowledgeable and courteous customer service at reception
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls
  • Proper administration and maintenance of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Submitting and tracking vendor invoices
  • Processing tickets and generating and tracking statements/invoices
  • Providing administrative support to the Short Service Worker program by encouraging the use of and training on the best practices provided in the Short Service Worker when at a facility
  • Supporting the Volumetric Balancing program
  • Assist with entering daily volumes, inventories, and transfers
  • Conducting general office administration
  • Filing, scanning, and handling incoming/outgoing mail
  • Operating scale desk and generating customer approvals.
  • Fulfilling any other administrative functions, as required

The skills and experience for this role include, but not limited to:

  • A minimum of 3 years of administrative and accounting experience with a proven ability to organize and execute professionally
  • A High School Diploma, General Education Diploma or equivalent
  • Base knowledge of AX2012 and Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to adapt and interact within different working environments
  • Ability to travel frequently to other facilities as required
  • Can demonstrate a professional approach in handling sensitive information attained through visiting a different site

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • administrative and/or accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Base knowledge of AX2012 and Microsoft Office applications: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

  • Secondary School (Preferred)
