Most content jobs are scheduling jobs. Someone hands you a calendar, you fill the boxes, nobody measures anything, and the company wonders why content doesn't produce revenue.
This is not that job.
The AI Solution is an AI infrastructure company. We install AI-led operating systems into businesses for entrepreneurs and real estate professionals. We don't sell courses. We don't sell inspiration. We build systems that clients own. Our founder, Carrie Soave, is the voice of the brand: featured speaker with the Success Magazine Speakers Bureau, AI Influencer, and the subject of Artificially Real, a reality show documenting the build of an AI-first company.
The role
You own the creative engine. Idea to analysis. Carrie approves. You execute everything else.
You own:
- Ideation. Content angles, hooks, ad concepts, and campaign themes for two audiences: entrepreneurs and real estate agents.
- Copy. Scripts, captions, and ad copy written inside a locked, documented voice architecture. You will study it, absorb it, and write in it. Not near it. In it.
- Creative direction. You write briefs so clear that our production team (editor and videographer) executes without a single clarifying question.
- Ad creative strategy. Concepts, hooks, and scripts for Meta. You are the input that decides whether paid traffic converts. Media buying belongs to our CMO. Editing belongs to production. The thinking belongs to you.
- Distribution. Platform strategy, cadence, and repurposing. What goes where, in what format, and why.
- Analysis. Weekly creative performance reporting. Which hooks won. Which concepts died. What gets iterated. Winners feed back into the system. Losers get killed without sentiment.
You report directly to the CEO. You collaborate with the CMO on performance data.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Lead the creation of engaging digital content across various channels, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Utilize Nielsen insights and analysis skills to inform content decisions and optimize audience engagement.
- Oversee content production workflows, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials.
- Collaborate with product management to craft messaging that highlights product features and benefits within e-commerce platforms.
- Manage budgets for creative projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maintaining quality standards.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to keep content innovative and effective.
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop promotional campaigns that drive conversions and brand loyalty.
- Supervise a team of content creators, designers, and marketers to ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity using Adobe Creative Suite tools.
Qualifications
- 2+ years as a creative strategist at a performance creative or DTC agency, or you ran the content and creative engine in-house for a founder-led brand doing $2M+.
- You can show work with numbers attached. Hook rates. Thumbstop. Booked calls. Revenue influenced. Pretty portfolios without performance data will not get a reply.
- You think in iterations, not campaigns. You've built creative testing systems, not one-off posts.
- You've written in someone else's voice before and the audience couldn't tell.
- You understand Meta creative performance at a practitioner level. You don't need to run the ad account. You need to know why creative wins or loses inside it.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or related roles within e-commerce or consumer brands.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and other market research insights.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for content creation and editing.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, product management, and how content influences purchasing decisions.
- Experience managing budgets for creative projects with an emphasis on efficiency and ROI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly to cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns that engage audiences across digital platforms.
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including SEO, social media algorithms, and email marketing strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker passionate about creativity, data-driven decision-making, and impactful storytelling in the digital space.
