We are seeking an entrepreneurial grower, operator, or small agricultural business to bring a fully serviced greenhouse back into production after several dormant years.
The greenhouse is located at 8744 Highway 60 in Eganville, directly adjacent to the Foodland grocery store, offering excellent visibility, convenient access, and potential local retail or wholesale opportunities.
This is a 30 x 90 ft greenhouse with key infrastructure already in place, including:
- 60 amp electrical panel
- Drip irrigation system
- Running water
- Furnace
- Highway-facing location
- Adjacent grocery store traffic and visibility
This is not simply a job posting. We are looking for someone with entrepreneurial drive who wants to build a viable growing operation and potentially share in the success of the asset.
Potential uses could include vegetables, herbs, microgreens, seedlings, nursery plants, flowers, specialty crops, or other greenhouse-based production.
We are open to discussing creative arrangements, including lease, revenue share, partnership, or performance-based ownership opportunities for the right person.
The ideal candidate will have greenhouse, horticultural, agricultural, or controlled-environment growing experience, along with the motivation to develop markets, manage production, and build a profitable operation.
Interested parties should provide a brief summary of their growing experience, proposed use for the greenhouse, and preferred business structure.
NOTE: We understand it is late in the season now to start such a project, so please also include in your summary how you would approach launching this project at this point in the growing season.
