Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and licensed Plumber and Gasfitter-Journeyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in plumbing, gas fitting, and related service tasks. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing and gas systems in commercial and residential settings. The successful applicant will demonstrate proficiency with hand tools, power tools, schematics, and blueprint reading, ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and building codes. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects requiring technical expertise and precision.

Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing and gas systems according to blueprints, schematics, and building codes
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to execute projects accurately
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other construction tools safely and effectively
- Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing fixtures, piping systems, HVAC components, and related equipment
- Collaborate with team members to assemble components, troubleshoot issues, and ensure project completion on time
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, including proper handling of gas lines and hazardous materials
- Document work performed for project records and client reports
Experience
- Valid Journeyman license as a Plumber and Gasfitter
- Proven experience in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance within construction or industrial environments
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in HVAC systems, Plumbing and Gas equipment
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and blueprint interpretation
- Experience working with schematics for system assembly or troubleshooting is preferred
- Knowledge of safety standards related to plumbing, gas fitting, HVAC systems, and construction sites
This position requires a dedicated professional capable of handling complex tasks with precision while maintaining a strong commitment to safety standards.
Strong computer skills are also required for this position.

Pay: $42.00-$55.00 per hour
