About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to help drive new growth across Canada. This is a front-line sales role focused on building pipeline, engaging prospective clients, and supporting the expansion of existing relationships.
You will play a critical role in introducing Estatesearch to new clients, identifying opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth in a fast-evolving legal technology environment.
The role will report to the Vice President, Business Development
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Develop plans for growth within the territory to grow pipeline
- Identify and engage new prospects through outbound outreach, referrals, and industry events
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales stakeholders
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Client Engagement
- Build relationships via LinkedIn, email, phone, and virtual/in-person meetings
- Act as a first point of contact for inbound inquiries
- Gather client feedback to support product development and market positioning
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM
- Track activities, pipeline progress, and performance against KPIs
Team & Market Contribution
- Share market insights, trends, and competitive intelligence
- Support onboarding of new team members as needed
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, or a target-driven environment
- Strong familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience managing KPIs and sales targets
- Background in legal or professional services (preferred)

Work Environment
- Mostly remote with some onsite work required
- Occasional travel for client meetings and industry events
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M5X 1C9
