Database Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Import data files from online fundraising platforms and third-party vendors into the CRM system.
- Upload back-feed files from direct mail campaigns into the CRM.
- Reconcile CRM data with financial system records, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Generate reports to validate the accuracy and completeness of imported data.
- Execute global data updates and modifications within the CRM, based on stakeholder requests.
- Utilize CRM fields for new fundraising initiatives.
- Document data integration processes and update documentation as workflows evolve.
- Support ongoing data maintenance tasks in the CRM, including updates to charity coding and cleanup initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data administration or data integration role.
- Hands-on experience with Blackbaud CRM Link is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a fundraising or non-profit environment is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail amid frequent interruptions.
- Skilled in working with large datasets, including data mapping, manipulation, and executing global data changes.
- Capable of troubleshooting and resolving exceptions during data imports.
- Demonstrates strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and excellent organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
