Job Summary
The Administrative Support Assistant will work closely with our Customer Success team, providing administrative and customer support to help ensure an exceptional experience for our clients and customers.
This is a flexible, work-from-home position that would be ideal for someone looking for meaningful part-time work with the opportunity to grow alongside a rapidly expanding company.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Respond to and organize customer support emails and inquiries
* Assist with client onboarding and account setup tasks
* Monitor and update customer records and internal systems
* Follow up on outstanding support requests and tasks
* Assist with data entry and administrative projects
* Communicate with team members regarding customer issues and escalations
* Maintain organized records, spreadsheets, and documentation
* Participate in one weekly team meeting
* Provide general administrative support as needed
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Comfortable learning and using new technology and software
* Reliable computer and internet connection
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred:
* Previous administrative, customer service, or virtual assistant experience
* Experience with Gmail and Google Workspace
* Experience with customer support inboxes
* Familiarity with CRM systems
* Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), Slack, or Canva is an asset
