Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and hospitality management with a minimum 5 years experience , with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a leader who can effectively manage staff, maintain high standards of food quality, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a strong team.
- Implement and maintain food safety standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering processes to ensure adequate supply of food and beverages.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service quality.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
- Utilize POS systems for efficient transaction processing and reporting.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols.
Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant management operations is essential.
- Previous application of Alcohol and Gaming rules and regulations
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Experience with POS systems is highly desirable.
- Previous roles in supervising or interviewing staff will be advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Background in bartending or related hospitality services is a plus.
