Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Crew Members to join our dynamic team in delivering excellent food service and customer experiences. Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and safety guidelines
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and assisting guests with menu selections
- Manage cash transactions accurately and handle payments with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Ensure food safety standards are consistently met through proper handling and storage of ingredients
- Assist in kitchen duties such as basic food prep, portioning, and plating as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and basic math for accurate transactions and portioning
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Experience in cashiering, serving, or food industry roles is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
Pay: From $16.75 per hour
