Residential House Cleaner
At Sparkle Cleaning Co., we're not just about scrubbing floors and making beds – we're all about crafting unforgettable experiences for our clients. As a Residential House Cleaner, you'll be the magic behind our top-to-bottom cleaning. From banishing dust bunnies to polishing surfaces, your job is to transform homes into havens of cleanliness and comfort.
Build your own schedule through our system and get assigned to jobs that fit your availability. Like to have Fridays off? Want to start work at 10am? No problem! Build a schedule that works best for you and your family commitments (or other work).
Choose whether to work part time or full time. Our hourly rate is $20-$25/hr, plus tips and bonuses! Our regular full timers make over $45k-$55k a year (plus tips and bonuses).

The ideal candidate will have:
· A minimum of (1) year of experience in professional cleaning and/or housekeeping
· Valid BC Drivers license with personal transportation (Must own a vehicle for this position)
· Customer service & detail oriented
· Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Good communication and listening skills
· Dependable and flexible for last minute requests
· Ability to lift 35lbs
What you’ll do
- Wave your wand (or mop) and work your cleaning magic from ceiling to floor
- Sprinkle a touch of sparkle into every room, leaving no nook or cranny untouched
- Perform standard house cleans, deep cleans, move-in/out cleans, & commercial cleans
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub all surfaces
- Stock up on smiles as you ensure client satisfaction
