Job Summary
We are hiring a Production/Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Burlington, ON within a consumer packaged goods manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on production and warehouse role ideal for someone who enjoys steady full-time hours, practical work, and being part of a team-focused manufacturing operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labour duties in various areas of the production plant as assigned.
- Hand finish ceramic fiber shapes, including sanding, patching, packing, and preparing material for the next production stage.
- Operate basic production tools and equipment such as planers, manual hoists, waterjet cutters, and vacuum forming equipment.
- Load and unload drying racks, move materials, and stack finished or in-process products on pallets.
- Use motorized and non-motorized pallet lifters to support material movement throughout the facility.
- Inspect finished products against drawings and quality specifications to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $20.00 to $26.40 per hour.
- Annual salary range: $40,000 to $56,000 per year. - depending on position available
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. - Other shifts might be available.
