We are looking for a highly organized and personable Customer Service Representative. You will be the vital link between our clients and our production team, ensuring orders are processed accurately, questions are answered promptly, and every customer leaves satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Greet customers in-person, via phone, and through email. Advise them on print materials, paper stocks, finishes, and design options.
- Order Processing: Accurately quote prices, enter job specifications into our management system, and process payments.
- Pre-Flight & Proofing: Review customer-submitted files for print readiness (bleeds, resolution, sizing) and prepare digital proofs for client approval.
- Production Coordination: Clearly communicate job details and deadlines to the graphic design and production teams.
- Quality Assurance: Check finished products for accuracy and quality before they are handed over or shipped to the customer.
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
