Oversee, co-ordinate and perform various office administrative procedures. Knowledge of Sage software a must. Minimum 5 years office/accounting experience. Oversee payroll administration, manage accounts receivable, manage accounts payable, review and evaluate new administrative procedures. Create workorders and shippers. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Carry out administrative activities of establishment. Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence. Perform data entry. Knowledge of ISO quality system. Perform various Human Resource functions. Assist in the maintenance of health and safety program.
