Duties
- Perform a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Provide body waxing services as needed, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Sanitate all tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Promote retail sales by recommending products that enhance the client’s experience.
- Upsell additional services to clients, contributing to overall salon success.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in the beauty industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, with an aptitude for upselling services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must hold relevant licenses or certifications as required by state regulations.
