Customer Experience & Sales Associate – Pharmacy Front Store
We are seeking a friendly, confident, and sales-minded individual to manage the customer experience in our pharmacy front store.
This position includes customer service, point-of-sale responsibilities, merchandising, inventory support, promoting pharmacy services, following up with potential customers, and helping generate new business through community outreach and relationship-building.
The right candidate will be professional, outgoing, organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable starting conversations with customers. Previous experience in retail sales, pharmacy, healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
This is not only a cashier position. We are looking for someone who can provide excellent service, identify customer needs, introduce appropriate products and pharmacy services, and help build long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Processing front-store transactions
- Maintaining displays and inventory
- Promoting products and pharmacy services
- Following up on customer inquiries and leads
- Supporting community and clinic outreach
- Helping increase customer retention and front-store sales
Compensation
