Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient and timely service
- Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to uphold restaurant standards
- Follow health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation
Requirements
- Previous experience in serving, food preparation, or cooking within a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and kitchen equipment operation
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and food industry standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on providing exceptional food service
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire is a plus
