CanWest Concrete in Calgary is seeking an experienced Concrete Demolition Project Manager to join our successful sales team.
Responsibility:
- Prepare and provide estimates to customers for basement windows
- Lead project meetings, site visits, and make sure CanWest’s policies and procedures are followed.
- Assist in the preparation of contracts, negotiation of changes, revisions, and additions as required.
- Plan, implement, and monitor the construction plan
- Ensure documentation and billing are completed in a timely manner
Experience:
- +5 years experience in the concrete cutting industry is required
- 1-2 years of experience in sales
- Must have an understanding of how to read blueprints
- Experience in a project management is preferred
- Experience working with computers.
