We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our team and help lead the successful execution of various construction projects from start to finish.

Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing construction projects within strict deadlines and budgets. This role requires coordination of internal team members, subcontractors, consultants, and third-party vendors while ensuring all safety, contractual, and quality standards are met. The Project Manager will lead the project lifecycle from concept to completion and be accountable for all aspects of project performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scopes, milestones, and objectives; develop comprehensive schedules and budgets.
- Lead project kickoff and coordination meetings with stakeholders and subcontractors.
- Monitor progress and profitability against project milestones and budgets.
- Manage all project-related documentation including schedules, RFIs, change orders, and permits.
- Oversee the development, submission, and approval of shop drawings and O&M manuals.
- Ensure compliance with OH&S standards and the company’s Health and Safety Program.
- Prepare and review purchase orders, estimates, progress claims, and invoices.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain organized records through SharePoint, Autodesk Docs, and other platforms.
- Mentor and support Project Coordinators and junior team members.
- Proactively identify risks and implement effective change and issue management.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Technical Diploma or equivalent experience; post-secondary education in construction or engineering preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Project Management or Supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Certifications: PMP certification or equivalent designation considered an asset
- Proficient with MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, Word.
- Experience with Autodesk Docs and Eclipse is a strong asset.
- Strong understanding of project financials, CCDC contracts, and scheduling
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and foster a positive professional image.
Physical & Mental Requirements
- Must be able to travel to and navigate construction sites as needed.
- Ability to maintain focus and sound judgment in high-pressure environments.
- Adequate corrected vision and hearing for reading plans and participating in meetings.
Reporting Structure
This role reports directly to the Director Of Construction.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
