About you
You are a natural early riser with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong leadership skills to motivate and support your team. With a keen eye for detail, you ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and food quality at all times. You are organised, proactive, and confident in handling both operational challenges and customer needs.
Duties & Responsibilities as a Breakfast Manager
- Oversee the daily operation of the breakfast service, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience
- Lead, train, and motivate the breakfast team to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards are consistently maintained
- Manage staffing levels, rotas, and team performance during breakfast shifts
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and control food waste and costs
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations at all times
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain timely and accurate service
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership.
- Must be able to work all shifts; including weekends and holidays.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations.
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in high-volume restaurants preferred.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
