Overview
Savile Services Ltd. is a growing landscaping and property maintenance company serving strata, commercial, and high-end residential properties throughout the North Shore and Greater Vancouver. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Crew Leader/Supervisor to join our team immediately.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise a crew performing landscape maintenance services.
- Coordinate daily work schedules and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Train and mentor crew members.
- Perform lawn maintenance, pruning, hedge trimming, planting, weed control, clean-ups, and other landscape services.
- Conduct site inspections and communicate with management regarding property conditions and client requests.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company procedures.
- Operate landscaping equipment, trailers, and trucks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of landscape maintenance experience.
- Previous crew leader or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices.
- Valid BC Driver's License (Class 5 required).
- Experience towing trailers is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and manage a crew.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused.
- Target based bonuses
- $32–$38 per hour based on experience.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
