Job Summary
Le Bistro By Liz is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Food and Beverage Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with food and beverage service, guest relations, order processing, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve beverages and menu items according to company standards
- Process customer payments using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, serving, and work areas
- Restock food items, beverages, utensils, and supplies as needed
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous manner
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational duties
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent service
Qualifications
- Previous food service, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
