Client Campaign Manager - Advertising

We’re an international media company, looking for a professional and enthusiastic customer success manager to work with our business development managers to help to ensure the success of our client campaigns.

The role involves:
Working closely with business development managers and sales managers to execute client campaigns
Creating and updating client proposals and media kits
Creating and following up on client contracts, then managing their execution
Updating the CRM system and generating client reports
Performing competitive analysis and uploading leads to the CRM
Providing reports and feedback to clients about the success of their campaigns
Coordinating accounts so that all clients receive a consistent customer experience
Organizing the commercial side of magazine issue plans
Tracking sales campaigns deadlines
Retaining and growing the business that the sales team has secured
Keeping track of inventory, including working with the lead generation team on schedules

The successful candidate will have:
A polished and professional communication style
Great organizational skills and attention to detail
Technical aptitude or experience with ad operations or CRM systems
A passion for customer service
An interest in online media and lead generation
