Door-to-Door Sales Representative
Compensation: $20/hr + conversion bonuses + performance-based raises

About the Position
SS Services is hiring Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to help generate interest in our window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and maintenance services. This role involves speaking with homeowners, gathering contact information, and submitting leads through our internal system.
This position is ideal for individuals looking for an accessible part-time role with strong earning potential. No experience is required. Full training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Market assigned neighborhoods and speak with homeowners
- Use an approved script to introduce company services
- Gather names, phone numbers, and addresses from interested homeowners
- Submit all leads within the required timeframe
- Maintain professionalism and represent the company respectfully
- Attend alternating bi-weekly marketing and team meetings
Pay Frequency: Bi-weeklyRaises: Based on performance, consistency, professionalism, coachability, and meeting attendance
Schedule & Requirements
- Minimum of three shifts per week
- Additional hours may be available during good weather and peak-demand periods
- Must attend scheduled marketing and team meetings
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable walking outdoors and speaking with homeowners
- Willing to accept coaching and meet weekly performance expectations
