Kallio Restoration Ltd is a leading HPO Building Envelope Renovator operating in the Metro Vancouver area. We specialize in the exterior restoration and repair of multi-family strata units. We are seeking an experienced working Foreman/Site Supervisor with the abilities to take a project from start to finish. Experience on large building envelope projects is a major asset!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise construction crews on building envelope restoration projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure all work meets industry standards and client expectations
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project workflow
- Conduct site inspections to ensure safety compliance and identify potential issues early
- Train and mentor team members on best practices, safety protocols, and technical procedures
- Daily logs on project progress, issues, and resolutions
Experience:
Ideal candidates will have experience on building exteriors:
- siding and rainscreen
- building decks
- window and door installations
- small framing
- sheet metal skills
- rot repair

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
