We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor with Mazda brand experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
Prepare repair orders and explain recommended maintenance and repairs
Communicate effectively with technicians regarding vehicle status and repair timelines
Provide customers with estimates, updates, and follow-up communication
Upsell maintenance services and dealership value-added products when appropriate
Ensure all warranty and manufacturer procedures are properly followed
Coordinate vehicle pick-up and delivery while ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed correctly
Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward timely resolutions
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance services
Strong organizational and computer skills
Experience with dealership management systems is considered an asset
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays if required
