One Health is seeking a motivated and compassionate LPN to join our growing team.
About the Role:
As a key member of our multidisciplinary care team, you will provide high-quality patient care while supporting the smooth and efficient flow of clinic operations. This role requires excellent clinical judgement, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care within the full scope of LPN practice
- Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with procedures and assessments
- Administer medications and treatments as directed
- Perform clinical tasks such as injections, IV’s, wound care, and patient education
- Support patient flow and coordinate with front and back office staff
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Qualifications:
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) registration and in good standing with the CLPNA
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
- Flexible availability, including evening and weekends
