Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining all cart supplies and being available on the course to serve customers in a timely manner and to the standard set by the Management.
- Stocking of food and beverage on beverage cart.
- Performing opening and closing inventory
- Handle cash and charges for product sold to guests
- Provide resolution to any member or guest issues/complaints, as required
- Having a general understanding of the game of golf in order to ensure one's safety.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Minimum of 1 year customer service/guest contact experience
- Ability to work well under pressure and independently
- Previous food & beverage experience is a definite asset
- Basic golf etiquette knowledge a definite asset
- Smart Serve certification required
- Valid drivers license required
- Able to work in high demand situations. Able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
