Responsibilities: *

  • Providing excellent customer service over the phone and electronically
  • Supporting and troubleshooting any questions related to customer orders
  • Completing data entry and recording of info into our CRM System
  • Working with the sales team to submitting customer, product, vendor changes or setups
  • Prepare and update key sales promotion calendars and spreadsheets; track promotional spending and keep organized records of all promotional spends.
  • Preparing and reviewing sales reports and sales data programs
  • Supporting the administrative responsibilities related to customer activations, tracking retailer promotional results, reconciliation of forecasts vs actuals, etc.
  • Communicating with our distributors and partners including, but not limited to completing applications, new item forms, and other paperwork as required
  • Communicating and interacting with other departments, including accounting, marketing, and logistics
  • Coordinating logistics related to market tours, retail visits, or team meetings
  • Work with the sales team to build and maintain sales trackers and online shared sites

To be considered: *

  • You are highly experienced in advanced Administrative Sales or Trade Analyst
  • You are hyper-organized and insanely focused on the little details
  • You possess strong analytical skills and enjoy digging into the details
  • You love technology and are proficient using almost any software or platform, Power Point, Word, Excel, Power BI, Teams, MS Office, Tableau
  • You operate at a fast pace and like to get stuff done!
  • You appreciate the balance between agility and structure and enjoy finding ways to make processes more efficient
  • Previous administrative experience in the CPG industry
  • Experience working with sales data programs such as IRI, Spins, and Nielsen is a plus
  • Experience with retail platforms such as Retail Link, One World Sync, Syndigo preferred
  • CRM software experience preferred
