Inside Sales Consultant — Impact Print & Promo Inc.
Impact Print & Promo Inc. is a locally owned and operated print and promotional company in Grande Prairie, Alberta. We help businesses bring their brands to life through custom print, promotional products, apparel, signage, embroidery, vehicle graphics and more.
We are growing our team and looking for a confident, organized and customer-focused Inside Sales Consultant.
This is a hands-on sales and customer service role for someone who enjoys working with people, managing multiple projects and helping turn customer ideas into finished products.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers in person, by phone, email and social media
- Recommend print, apparel, signage and promotional product solutions
- Prepare quotes, estimates, proofs and customer orders
- Follow up on quotes, leads and active projects
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and generate sales
- Gather accurate project details and provide clear, organized instructions to production
- Coordinate projects with design, production, embroidery, installation, suppliers and customers
- Review and send proofs to customers for approval and accuracy
- Keep orders, timelines, pricing and customer information organized
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns
- Receive and organize incoming customer orders and shipments
- Help move projects smoothly from the initial inquiry through final completion

Experience in sales, customer service, print, promotional products, apparel, signage or a related industry is an asset. However, we are also interested in the right person who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Hours
Monday–Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
