Food prep skills and working as team is a priority for our kitchen.
Job emphasized good organization and knowledge of Italian food.
We have a solid team of 5 cooks and kitchen helpers in place and looking to add to the team.
Candidate MUST be able to work with pasta, prepare pasta sauces from scratch, make lasagna from scratch among other responsibilities.
Working on the line, reading of orders while communicating with others also a must for the position.
Good pay available on payroll, no cash.
