Service Coordinator
The Service Coordinator for the Toronto office is an integral member of our team and will directly report to the Manager.
Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for data compiling and quality review of the final documentation received from technicians for different metering projects (Water, Thermal and Electricity)
- Responsible for scheduling technicians and contacting property managers for commercial water installation and managing all the paper work including final documentation.
- Responsible for updating MeterConnex database with new sites and metering information including supporting the MeterConnex team during busy time.
- Responsible for reading meters using MeterConnex and help the reporting and billing department
- Responsible for creating quotations as required related to S-E-04 , Sealing or Technician Services
- Responsible for processing purchase orders related to S-E-04/ Sealing/ Technician services ( includes creating accounts, entering contacts and creating opportunities in SF)
- Responsible for managing, coordinating and scheduling QMC Technical Crews related to S-E-04 / Technician services/ Other QMC service contracts.
- Responsible for managing, coordinating QMC-ON test bench (must work with Project coordinator to ensure projects are added to bench and customer deadlines are met)
- Manage Meter Certificates (ensuring e-files are sent to customers and filed accordingly on QMC server)
- Responsible for creating project folders on server and to save appropriate documentation
- Manage S-E-04 Files (reviewing documentation, ensuring documents are approved and stamped by QA Manager, sending documentation to Measurement Canada and client, ensuring files are saved to the server accordingly)
- Collect and manage Technician Logs related to services
- Manage and create Work Order reports on a weekly basis related to S-E-04/Services and Sealing
- Main point of contact relating to Health and Safety for QMC-ON
- Responsible for sending invoices related to S-E-04 / Service work
- Responsible for overseeing QMC-ON Lab/Shipping and Receiving department to ensure proper QA procedures are being followed
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in commercial electrical or mechanical systems or equivalent education
- Familiarity with metering equipment and communication systems
- Experience in a Quality Assurance environment
- Valid Ontario Drivers’ License and vehicle
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to identify, plan, organize, prioritize in a timely manner
- Demonstrated ability to work within a dynamic project environment with changing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, must be fluent in English
- Highly skilled in a Windows Office environment, exceptional Excel, Word, Outlook, a must
- Experience with CRM software an asset
