Deliverables

Manage insurance administration activities including invoice review, certificate of insurance (COI) processing, claims tracking, document management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Review insurance-related invoices, supporting documentation, policies, endorsements, and correspondence, identifying discrepancies and coordinating resolution while maintaining audit-ready records.

Support claims administration by maintaining claims files, tracking claim status, monitoring outstanding actions, and ensuring timely follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate team activities including meeting scheduling, action tracking, reporting, status updates, and development of executive presentations, dashboards, and insurance program documentation.
Experience Required

2–5 years of experience in insurance administration, claims administration, risk management, contract administration, finance, procurement, or a related business support function.

Experience reviewing invoices, policies, certificates of insurance (COIs), endorsements, claims documentation, contracts, or other compliance-related records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong organizational and coordination skills with experience managing multiple priorities, tracking action items, maintaining documentation repositories, and supporting operational processes.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for tracking and reporting, PowerPoint for presentations, and Outlook/Teams for stakeholder coordination and communication.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, professional stakeholder management abilities, and demonstrated discretion handling confidential, sensitive, or regulated information.
