Bradley Compact Excavation Inc is looking for experienced walk behind/skid steer operator to join our growing team who have at least 3 years construction experience. Must be located in the GTA and be able to safely and efficiently work alone and in a team setting. Candidates with previous excavation experience are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operate skid steer and small tracked walk behind machines
- Backfill and grading using equipment
- Be able to operate and set heights with a laser level
- Clean and lubricate equipment and refill fuel as required
- Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance
- Competition of daily timesheets and other documentation
- Required to work in a variety of weather conditions
- Comply with all company health and safety guidelines
- Other duties will be assigned as required
Desired Skills and Experience
- 3 years construction experience required
- Previous experience in residential excavation is preferred
- Excellent team player
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work independently and safely follow instructions
- Must be punctual and reliable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.00-$36.00 per hour
