Job Description:
· Assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing the daily operations of the store, including retail sales, inventory control, customer service, and store presentation.
· Support the store manager in monitoring workflow and ensuring smooth and efficient store operations during business hours.
· Coordinate inventory management for board games, TCG products, and related merchandise, and help ensure products are accurately received, stocked, displayed, replenished, and recorded.
· Assist in selecting merchandise and maintaining appropriate stock levels based on sales trends, customer demand, and new product releases.
· Assist in receiving, labeling, organizing, and tracking incoming merchandise to maintain accurate inventory records.
· Support product merchandising and store presentation to ensure a clean, organized, and customer-friendly retail environment.
· Assist in implementing promotional activities, community engagement initiatives, and in-store events to increase customer traffic and sales.
· Respond to customer concerns, resolve service issues, and maintain a welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient environment.
· Monitor sales performance, track routine expenditures, assist with cash handling and opening and closing procedures, and support the manager in maintaining operational efficiency and profitability.
· Liaise with suppliers and distributors regarding product availability, deliveries, and restocking needs.
· Assist in processing customer transactions and maintaining accurate point-of-sale and sales records.
· Ensure compliance with store policies, basic health and safety procedures, and general operational standards.
Requirements:
· A college diploma or above
· Proven experience in retail sales, customer service and store operations
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $44.75-$46.75 per hour
