Limitless Tire is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Online Order Sales Representative to join our team.

What You'll Do
- Monitor online orders from Walmart, Fitzy, Marketplace, and other platforms.
- Review and process new orders within 15 minutes.
- Check tire and rim availability, pricing, fitment, and order details.
- Respond to customer questions by phone, email, and online platforms.
- Coordinate with our stores, warehouse, and shipping teams to complete orders.
- Follow up on delayed, incomplete, or problem orders.
- Process cancellations, returns, and order changes.
- Keep order information accurate and up to date.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in online sales, e-commerce, customer service, or order processing is an asset.
- Tire and rim or automotive industry experience is an asset.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work quickly and manage multiple orders at the same time.
- Reliable, organized, and punctual.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
Important
Online orders are time-sensitive. New orders must be reviewed and addressed within 15 minutes.
This is an in-person position. Remote/work-from-home is not available.
Compensation
$20.00–$22.00 per hour
