Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Food and Beverage Manager to lead all food and beverage operations across our dual-brand hotels and the full-service Cannery Kitchen & Social. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue, maintaining high operational standards, and leading a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for hospitality, food quality, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Recruit, train, schedule, and develop a high-performing F&B team (restaurant servers, bartenders, cooks, stewards, banquets, and room service staff).
- Foster a positive, guest-focused culture and maintain excellent employee engagement.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
Operations & Service Excellence
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Cannery Social & Kitchen, hotel breakfast service, room service, and any banquet/catering functions.
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards (Hilton) while maintaining the unique concept and vibe of Cannery Kitchen & Social
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and safety (HACCP, ServSafe).
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to control costs and minimize waste.
Financial Performance
- Develop and manage the F&B budget, including revenue targets, labor costs, and COGS.
- Drive top-line revenue through menu engineering, upselling programs, promotions, and local marketing.
- Analyze P&L statements, implement cost-saving initiatives, and maximize profitability.
- Monitor and optimize pricing strategies for the restaurant, bar, and hotel F&B outlets.
Guest Experience & Sales
- Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve any issues promptly.
- Partner with the sales team to grow banquet and group catering business.
- Create seasonal menus, special events, and packages to attract local clientele and increase hotel guest capture.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure full compliance with all health department regulations, liquor laws, Hilton brand standards, and company policies.
- Oversee proper maintenance of kitchen and dining equipment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of Food & Beverage management experience in a hotel or full-service restaurant environment (dual-brand or multi-outlet experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, bar management, banquets, and hotel F&B services.
- Proven track record in driving revenue, controlling costs, and achieving profitability goals.
- Experience with third-party restaurant concepts is a strong plus.
- ServSafe Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness certification (or ability to obtain).
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, hotel PMS (OnQ preferred), and restaurant POS systems.
- Culinary or hospitality degree is preferred but not required.

Pay: $65,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
