MOA certification or at least 1 year of related experience. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, in person and via telephone.

Collecting payments and billing patients. Entry-level accepted; dental or medical front desk experience preferred. Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Processing payments and handling invoices. Previous veterinary or medical reception experience would be preferable, but not mandatory.

Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries. Dental reception experience is an asset but not required. Processing payments and insurance claims.

$25–$35 an hour

Educating patients on oral health and post-treatment care. Assisting the dentist during procedures. Preparing and sterilizing instruments and operatories.
