This position focuses on the execution of hot food service, protein preparation, sauces, daily features, and station leadership within our kitchen operations.

$26–$28 an hour

Food Safe certification (or willingness to obtain it before starting). Stay ahead of prep and mise en place to keep service smooth.

$23–$25 an hour

We also offer discounts on meals when not on shift. Previous experience as a prep cook or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
