Full job description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of a Quebec owned boutique!

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to lead a team in delivering a high standard of service and sales performance.

The Store Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, maintaining strong customer relationships, and creating a welcoming and professional shopping environment. This role requires a balance of leadership, operational management, and a strong understanding of retail sales.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure efficient workflow
Lead, support, and motivate the store team
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience
Support sales goals through effective team coaching and product knowledge
Manage scheduling, inventory, and general store organization
Maintain store presentation and ensure visual standards are met
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Monitor sales performance and support store objectives

Profile Required

Previous experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or management role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Customer service oriented with a positive and professional attitude
Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Interest in fashion and retail is an asset
Bilingual (English and French) required
