The starting salary based on experience is $52,000 annually, along with a fantastic perk / additional benefits program that includes: annual bonus program, employer RRSP matching, extended health benefits, wellness spending account and much more. Previous McDonald’s experience is not required — we provide a comprehensive paid training program to set you up for success. However, managerial experience in the service industry is strongly preferred.

Managing and guiding Crew Members to success through coaching, feedback, and development

Taking ownership of your department’s operations, including responsibilities such as creating crew schedules, ordering products and supplies, and implementing processes that support restaurant success

Serving as a key assistant to the General Manager by supporting restaurant operations, leading teams, and helping execute business goals

Actively participating in local community events that contribute to the vibrancy and growth of the area
